The Vineyard
The town of Santa Rosa is located norheast of the province of Mendoza, 80 km from the capital city.

Today you have the possibility of owning a row of 100 strains of the finest grapes that will grow under the supervision of agronomists and winemakers, experts in the art of wine, who will define the right moment to harvest Cabernet Suavignon, Malbec, Syrah, Tempranillo and Suavignon Blanc, and send them to the warehouse. All this process will result in a higher wine quality.
The warehouse
Our club will have the services of Herencias del Sur winery, owned by the founding partners in which we will produce our wine.
Once the grapes are harvested are sent to our warehouse for precessing, storing wine in oak barrels labeled with your name, mark, label or seal. We also offer the possibility of living an unforgettable and unique experience harvesting grapes with your bare hands together with your family or friends, then follow the steps of making wine with yeast under the supervision of our experts or you can also take your grapes to develop the production of wine in the place you prefer.
The Hotel
Our boutique hotel, that will be inaugurated in November 2012, will allow you to live the everyday life of its strains, visiting the vineyards and participating in pruning and harvesting. And of course living the process of winemaking.

Your own name or fancy name created for you that can identify the bottle and be the grand finale of the creative process and a deep personal satisfaction, because the best wines are made, not bought.
How to became a member?
It's simple, each partner is owner of one or more rows of vines of fine grapes.
Each row is conformed by 100 vines of grapes that will give you aproximately 100 bottles of wine per year.
The members can ask for the grapes to be sent to his home or the place he wants, or choose to make wine in conjunction with all other partners.
Once the wine is produced is stored in oak barrels of 225 liters and then are bottled and distributed. To join the club you must complete this application form and submit for approval. The appication shall contain information of some active partner in the present.
The cost of membership is u$s 4,000 and annual dues of u$s 400.
The cost of bottling and shipment of wine and grapes will be charged to the partner.
Where does the money from membership goes?
The money you bring in the concept of membership will be used to:
*Prepare the soil for planting the vines.
*Buy poles and wires to build the trellis to be used for the conduct of the vines.
*Buy certified strains by the INTA of the variety chosen.
* Buy all the elements needed for drip irrigation, used to optimize the water, a fundamental and non-renewable resource.
* Buy the whole structure and mesh hail
* Pay all the skilled labor to perform these tasks
Destination of the annual fee money
Will be used to pay all the duties that are performed every day on the farm for the maintenance of the strains as pruning, cleaning, fertilizing, energy for irrigation, etc.
