About the Farm
The idea was born from a personal dream that I had for years and wanted to achieve. It always excited me owning a farm in Mendoza and producing my own wines, oils and jams... back to the roots of my grandparents and do as they did in Europe.
With this idea in mind was that I bought a farm of 110 hectares in Santa Rosa (Mendoza) and started working the land to improve the existing 20 hectares of quinces on the farm and planted 10 hectares of vineyards. While working I thought that surely there were more people with this dream and it was then that I decided to launch this endeavor and call it: Barrio de Fincas Productivas.
Then I took 50 hectares and subdivided into plots of 3 and 5 hectares each, built a perimeter fence and placed a gate with controlled access.
Today I offer to those who share my dream these plots of land with the right to receive irrigation thanks to an internal arrangement with the neighborhood consortium and shared maintenance costs. So, today you can own your own farm and share the fixed costs with other owners in the Farms neighborhood, doing this you will save money. You can choose to start your own cultivation or to join the system of cooperative partners and to leave everything to us and just wait and enjoy the moment to spread the gains.
To have in mind, we will provide soil and water, a resource that will be increasingly hard to come by, so in this way will also ensure your future and the future of your children. The farms are suitable for growing grapes, olives, fruit, alfalfa and horticulture.
